Well as we know price is quality, if you really want to feel the sensation of fancy boat rather than a traditional boat, then choose Marina Ancol Jakarta. So the choice is yours, travelers!

       For the lodging, you can choose wether you would like to stay at resort or homestay. Resorts are easy to find, since most of the lodging are resorts. But homestay, you really need to book a reservation because there are so many people run after it. The range of resorts price are around Rp 1.000.000 - Rp 5.000.000 depends on facility and comfortability they offer. While homestay got range from Rp 150.000 - 500.000. We don't suggest you to get a homestay because the comfortability is a bit poor. 

       Otherwise actually, we prefer you to just book a tour package to a Thousand Island rather than arrange it all alone.
